Looks like Aiptasia. A pest. Need to take care of them or they'll spread all over your LR. A syringe with lemon juice or hot water injected should kill them. Or looks like they are just on that one rock? Get rid of it.

Hydroids, see how they're connected like a colony. Can you take that rock out and just scrub them off.

Things can come out of your rock for quite some time. I had an elephant slug come out of the rock in my 55 6 months after it was added. Be it dig out, gain strength, whatever.
