That's the same type of crab that I recently pulled from my tank. (he ended up losing his conversation with my mantis...)
If you want to feed him, just stick a piece of food on a stick and push it down in front of him. In my experience, feeding them just makes them grow faster and become more aggressive..but it is a lot of fun!
