What is this on my live rock?

I think this is a feather duster but i am not completely sure so if you could help that would be great! Sorry for the bad quality pic but thats the best i could do.

Those look like aptasia to me. The brown guys sprouting from the top of the rock? They look like feather dusters, but are a stinging anemone. Several methods to get rid of them, but getting rid of them you should defiantly do.

Hydroids are in the jellyfish family and can look similar. But aptasia is more common to aquaria. Without a better photo it's hard to determine which it is.

look like aptasia to me also I like the boiling vinegar assault not as messy kills them instantly
