What is this thing?

I have these things growing on my LR. these things hide when make a sudden movement near them or change in lighting.

You can barely see them in the pic. They are like little white tree looking things.

The one on the left almost looks like aptasia. I can't really tell though.

They look like feather dusters to me too. They are NOT harmful and they filter feed.
