What is this thing? - Just saw it in the tank

I just saw this worm come out of the the rock under my galaxy coral. I saw it snooping around the underside of the galaxy and got a little concerned. Is this something I should be worried about? I've never seen anything like this although it does look kind of cool.

Agreed. Looks cool. But that could be bad. Hopefully Fluff is online and she might know. Should post in the ID Section. An advisor will most likely MOVE this article there.
 
looks like a peanut worm but ive never seen one with these markings. the bands look cool.
 
If it's truly a peanut then from what I've read I'll be okay. Does anyone else want to take a shot at identifying this thing?
 
I agree it looks like a peanut worm and nothing to worry about. Moving this to the saltwater ID section.
 
I use Purple-up and it seems to work well. Of course, you need to have some coralline algae already present in the tank.
