What is this weird thing?

Hey all after cleaning and re-aqua scaping my tank, I came across this weird thing. It looks like a rolled up pipe cleaner with flesh colored filanges or maybe even a fan. Almost like a baby feather duster? It's really hard to get a good pic cuz it's tiny. Thanks for any info

I have lots of those but none rolled up like that - it looks pretty neat.
