today i was taking my lr out of my tank to catch damsels and when i was putting the live rock back i saw a worm looking thing is was about as thick as a pencil and the part i saw was about 2 inches and it was squirting white stuff in to the water it had (legs??) on 2 sides i dont know what it was and i would really like to know

Probably a common bristle worm. you'll need to take a picture of it for a 100% positive I.D.

ok and what was the white stuff that was comming outa it will it hurt the watter??

Bristle worms spawn by spewing out a white cloud. This could be it.
