what kind of hermit crab is this

I've had this hermit crab for a while.. he was in a piece of live rock I bought. He's getting a little bigger so I need to make sure he's not gona end up being a large hermit crab that will kill my starfish.

Don't know why the pic didn't upload.. just tried to upload it again and I previewed the post and it still wasn't showing up.. it let's me choose the pic then it isn't there.. well he's like black and has yellow stripes around his legs. I haven't been able to find any pics of dwarf hermits with those colors.

No he doesnt have that much color.. he's mostly black
