what the name of this and what it does

Can anyone pls tell me what's the name of this and is bad or good for reef tank ? It just pop up from nowhere

Lettuce nudibranch.. most nudibranch eat one thing and only one thing which is the reasoning for some of the elaborate camouflage.this one is an algae eater though but will probably starve once it eats all the algae.

Can try feeding some algae wafers to keep it from dying after the algae is gone.
