Hi guys, my tank sand is covered in this red algae. What is this algae called and what else can I do to get rid of it.

Tank has been out of the cycle for a month.

Here are a few pics of red algae

Yeah, I have a lot more than one Aiptasia. They are like weeds.
I used Juice juice a while ago, I got most of them, But some more are starting to appear. I have to zap them out soon.

Is red slime algae considered part of my initial algae bloo, from a new tank?

It is common, but not necessarily part of the initial bloom. It's caused by excess nutrients and low waterflow.

Do frequent waterchanges siphoning it out and relacing the water with SW mixed with RO/DI, replace all evaporation with RO/DI. If you have a skimmer, make sure it is running efficiently, if you don't have one...get one and run it and increase water flow in the tank.

Water changes it is. I do have am RO/DI unit. Also have two maxijet 1200.

Which should be fine. Should I aim them toward the sand?
