Now after. It's a drk yellowish mustard color.

Is it bad? It doesn't look to pretty and it's on a couple of the rock that get the most light.

What are you looking to get for your tank?

It's a 90 gallon with a wet/dry, external pump. With that setup I'm filtering 600 gph.

I'm also now installing a marineland magnum 350 canister filter setup just to polish the water extra 350 gph

I have a aqua clear protein skimmer and a 9 watt coral life turbo twist uv installed in sump

I plan on

1x snowflake eel
1x volitan lionfish

And that's it really

Depending on how boring my tank mates may be when there inside the tank I may add a couple swimmers with bright colors to give it more life possibly " foxfaces". As we all know the ell will be hiding in my rocks and the lion will be floating or perched.

So that's my tank I already added my eel.

I had the same issue after my tank cycled. Got some turbo snails and a tomini (flame fin) tang and it was gone in a day.

I just got

10x turbo snails, 5 idk what they are called snails " they stay in the sand till food hits the bottom" and a chocolate chip starfish

Lol on the snails. Guessing nassarus snails. Do they have a long "nose?" I have some. They are really neat. One if mine has a small anemone on its shell. Stays on when it goes under the sand, too.
