Well it's hard to kill he is in a hole in my rock and everytime I get close he disappears completely

Thats ok, squirt some Apistia X on it, or lemon juice. Maybe even boiling water!

Ok this may sound dumb but I am new to salt so bear with me I assume i take the rock out to squirt it with lemon juice I have no apista x I just ordered some from big ALS but it takes a few days to arrive.

I read online that you can inject with a needle full of vinegar or lemon juice have you ever heard of this my wife is a nurse so I could get a needle and syringe

Yeah just inject it. Dont need to take it out! Try to get em all, they spread!

Ok one last thing when I try to do anything to it it disappears so I can't see it to inject it if I get it really close will it still work?

You can also get a peppermint shrimp. It will eat the apistasia most of the time. Mine cleaned it all out.
