What's this thing ? (w/ picture)

I killed all my liverocks because I had an infestation of this:

Now my rocks are cured, cycled, put them back to the tank, and I found a little thing that look close to that, with whites balls on the tips of the tentacules...

What's that ?

Should I get rid of that ? Look like an anemone, but I fear so much hydroids... I don't want to see them back !
 
The original picture is hydroids. Though the second didn't load, the final looks like a little ball anemone to me.

I got a huge one, do I keep it ?

It suddendly appeared in a shadow area of a mush rock I made (from a new dryed rubblerock)
 
I asked the same question a couple months ago. I have a couple ball nems that were in a dark area of rocks. I just left alone. Haven't really gotten bigger or anything
