White Pods

What I have growing in my tank is what I can best describe as white cone shaped pods with little hairs growning out from the tip. Eventually they fall off the LR and float around the sand at the bottom. Anyone with any idea.

They are pods they look white with some tentacle looking things when they float around the water. I was wondering too because I have them. I moved my magnafloat today and saw a bunch of them in there. When they left the magnafloat they looked white and had antenna looking things so I'm pretty sure they are pods.
