white spots

on the back of my 90 gal
i see tiny white spots
they dont seem to move (for two days any how)
could these be pods?
the back of the tank has brown and dark green algae on it
because i cant get to it without moving my skimmer ,filter, and heater
 
No, they are not pods. Pods look like bugs, they are always on the move(try a search here for some pics in the gallery). Most likely what you have are calcareous tube worms. They are not harmful, actually a sign of good water quality.
