white spots on glass

new tank 2months old new to saltwater after stocking the tank with a few things got theas pinhead size things crawling on the glass and whit spots that are multiplying

The pinhead things on the glass would be copepods. They are harmless and actually a good sign that your tank is maturing. The things in your picture look like egg sacks of some sort. What types of snails do you have in your tank? That would be my first suspect.

have a couple Astraea and a couple nassarius snails

Could be from the nassarius. They lay eggs in what looks like a clear dome sac.
