White stuff on Live Rocks?

I have this white soft stuff on rocks it keeps dying and growing, never came to know what is it actually.

It is hard, i tried to remove it once but its like hard rubber sticked on the rock, I saw it falling off from another side of rock and same new stuff growing on other rocks, but nothing green on it.

Other than not being pretty, it's totally OK and show your tank is in good health.

yeah, it's a sponge, I have the same stuff on some of my rock, nothing to worry about

i have the same thing i taight it was some kind of coraline algae
