Worm - Aquarium Advice

I was just passing by my tank and I noticed this long, purple to pink worm with little hairs on it sticking out of my LR. WHAT IS IT!?!?!??!
It actually looked like candy

Should I kill it?

Sounds like a bristle worm and usually harmless.
