Worm ID help

I have about 8-10 of these worms on this new live rock i just got... the other one has a lot of feather dusters on it.. didnt know what they were.. almost thought they were bristle worms... till i looked a little closer.. i dont know if they are even part of the bristle worm genius.

And i dont know what this algea looking white puff is either..

I'm no expert by ANY means on reef inverts, but they do look like bristleworms to me. Hopefully this at least bumps it so that one of the really knowledgable folks see it.

The white puff looks like a sponge of some sort. Again no real ID, just a bump. :)
 
I agree, harmless bristleworms and the white thing does look like a sponge.
