worm like thread

I found some reddish worm like thing with long tentacles in my tank. At first I thought it was algae, but when I was removing it, it looked like a worm was attached to it. What is it? Is it harmful?

It could be a spaghetti worm. They can be white-brown-redish.

Shouldn't it have been thread-like worm? But yes spag worm.
