I have these two little worm-things on my live rock. They're about 1 1/2 inches long as far as I can tell, they have black and white stripes, and when they come out, they telescope their mouths in and out of their bodies, and there are hand-like tentacles on the end of their mouths

Sounds like peanut worms. Harmless rock boring worms. They consume detrius and help clean up the tank. Good little critters to have.
