I'm pretty sure Jmlorfam is right. Looks like a Halichoeres.

Perhaps the halichoeres melanurus

Do you have a closed hood? I heard the may jump. I don't have a closed hood and I was going to get one next week. Need a lot of suggestion before I go ahead.
