Yellow Nudibranch? Freind or Foe?

Hi,
I have noticed about a dozen of these tiny things in my 65 gallon. They do not undulate as they swim like flatworms. They just drift. Please let me know what they are, whether they are a concern or not, and what may control them in my tank.
thanks.

They look like zoa eating nudis .... I would say foe . Remove manually what you can check for eggs on the underside of the zoas

That does not look like a zoo nudi to me. Not sure what though. I would need to see the top of it.

A top view would really help, does the top look like lettuce?
