Yellow Worm ?

saw this yellow worm crawling along the LR
Later on he was moving on the sand and left some sort of trail as he crawled.

I was thinking maybe a bristle worm.
I found a pic when I searched but the pics I saw it was redish.

What is he?
Good guy or Bad guy?

I dunno what that is but send it over! I don't have anything in my tank (in terms of detritivore) and would love to have something in there.

What kind of a trail did it leave?

The trail seemed like some sort of slime cuz the sand would attatch to it as he slithered through it. It was almost serpent like. When the current blew on him I could notice what looked like scales being ruffled.
