I have a 29g biocube with no fish but I do have a cleaner and pepp shrimp some hermits and snails. A couple of weeks ago I saw my pepp shrimp eating a yellow, worm looking thing. It was tubular in shape and looked like it had legs on its side, almost like a centipede. I just saw that in the corner of my tank the yellow worm on what looked like the molting from a shrimp. Now I'm not sure if the shrimp was killed or not. I'm attaching a pic but I couldn't get a good one. Does this sound like a parasite anyone knows of?

Here is a better pic. It is sensitive to light and retreats after the flash goes off.
