Awesome, I pretty sure they give live birth, I'm curious do the parents raise the babies? Or in the wild do they give birth and then they are on their own?

Yes your correct they fairly much breed like a dog

The male breeds with the female like a dog then the female holds the pups for 90-120 days
In the last few days before birth you can see the pups kicking in side the mother

She then normally gives birth at night I then remove then and place them in a 55 gal that's connected to my main tank to keep all the parameters the same

The pictures show them at 4 hours old and 6" disk at birth

The mother doesn't take care of them and I remove them for their own safety as you chand the chance of other fish eating them including other rays
