Yes your correct they fairly much breed like a dog

The male breeds with the female like a dog then the female holds the pups for 90-120 days
In the last few days before birth you can see the pups kicking in side the mother

She then normally gives birth at night I then remove then and place them in a 55 gal that's connected to my main tank to keep all the parameters the same

The pictures show them at 4 hours old and 6" disk at birth

The mother doesn't take care of them and I remove them for their own safety as you chand the chance of other fish eating them including other rays
