36 gallon tank

I currently only have one petricola catfish but Im leaving soon to go get a pair of kribs. I also plan to get a pair of german blue rams later some time this week. Will post pic of fish when I get them home.

That's the exact same tank I have! Looks great I love the dark substrate and the lighter rock together

I got it off of craigslist, I think its a pretty common tank I have seen it at petsmart. I like the dark gravel because it makes the rock and the fish pop. I highly recommend dark substrate.

Got them home and acclimated. Didnt get pics because the lights are off, Ill get some tomorrow morning. I think I might of gotten 2 females u guys will have to tell me. If anyone is following this thread...

Couldnt get the rams because they didnt have any females but They get them in tomorrow so I might go pick them up then.

Just picked up 2 german blue rams and got 2 gold gouramis on a impulse buy, they were just so beautiful!

Do you guys think my tank is fully stocked? Here is what I have:
2x kribs
2x german blue rams
2x gold gouramis
1x petricola catfish

Or could I get 1 or 2 more fish?

Overstocked. Woulda just got a male and 2 female crib or rams and let them pair off, rehome other female, and keep the catfish.

Im not looking to breed the kribs or rams. Both kribs are females and the rams are too small to breed right now.

The gouramis


The rams. They are pretty small but are really holding there own towards the kribs! Its funny watching the tiny ram chase a krib 2x its size.

It funny, each type of fish has a diffrent spot in the tank that they hang out. Also Ive only had the gourami for a day and he is trying to eat from my hand!

I feel like Im talking to myself on this thread but if anyone is following, do you think I could put some amano shrimp in here (about 5). I have a big 1 inch+ ghost shrimp in a planted bowl that I could put in there as a test. What do you think?

About to do the first water change with the GBRs and gold gouramis. Lets see how it goes.

I had red cherry shrimp in a tank with my rams without problems.

What are some other really hardy low low light plants I could put in here?
