What kind of point and shoot?

Samsung ES15. 10.2mpix. Has maual settings for ISO, flash, white balance, exposure, light metering & face detection. Also has macro. I just wish it was stable on a tripod so I could get better pics. The tripod mount is off centre & the camera twists when you push the shutter button. (cheap jap rubbish)

I want to get a DSLR but am refitting a 6x2x2 & it takes priority over a new camera.
