baby minnows

My White cloud Minnow and her babies!!
Was annoyed that what i thought was two males is actually a male and female- but these babies are so darn cute- I can't help but be delighted by them!!

Yes they are egglayers- although the whole breeding/ spawning process took place under my very oblivious eyes- I came home Saturday night- two weeks ago and there were what seemed to be 40 hair-like fish swimming at the top of the tank! By now there is around 10-15. Will see how many survive to adulthood.
