My two fixtures are butt up against each other in the middle of the tank. Think I should spread them out? The one in the front is actually directly above the "carpet". No sense moving it forward. Maybe I will leave the back one as is. Having it hit the background plants at a slight angle might help with getting light to the lower sections IMO rather than have it shine straight down where shadowing from the taller parts might occur.
Nvm just thinking out loud.

Think more! I just just set them up.. i like your logic. . Move them i shall. . Not the sats though. . That's working.. finnex are a tad bit stronger me thinks..
