C. paleatus sp. Black Fin (Undescribed Species)

Hi. Here is a new variant of C. paleatus discovered in my tanks by Ian "Coryman" Fuller when he visted earlier this week. Hard to catch in the pic, but the pecs are black, instead of clear. - Frank/Guppyman®

It was an incredible experience. He brought me 2 dozen C. hastatus, which I had never seen before, other than in a picture. What an incredible Cory. Instantly stole my heart. Ian's visit was one of the high points in a 45 year fish-keeping career. He was an incredible gentleman, modest and really very nice. We have been iChatting for close to a year, so it wasn't like we felt like strangers. I learned more about IDing Corys in 2 days than I have in the past year of reading. - Frank/Guppyman®
