Celestial Pearl Danio Fry

Greetings. This is by no means a very good photograph, but the subject matter was the smallest critter I have ever shot. The fry was about the size of the "dash" between the common name and scientific name of the fish in the attached photo - and was a "grab" shot as the fry never stopped moving. - Frank

Thanks, all. I just had about 30 eggs hatch. Before the fry become free-swimming, they cling to the side of the glass. I'm hoping, that before the days is over, I'm able to get a good capture. - Frank

Awsome stuff! I used to have 5 celestials, then three died... they got really skinny and their spineds curved. That was depressing. I wanted to breed them but they just were not very healthy at all.

So thanks for doing your part to help create domesticated numbers of these fish.
