As long as it is in an area with good flow, and intense lighting it will grow like a weed
I got it as a frag and it was about a 1in.x1in. Piece and 6 months later it's the size of a volleyball
And it helps if you spot feed it at night

now if I can only get my duncan to open up full it comes out partially than retracts
it didn't even do that till I enticed it with mysiss
I got it in low light med flow any ideas looked beautiful at the store it's been a few weeks now god knows how many times I moved it

the galixia gets full light there in sand bed and lots of flow
I wanted to keep it as far away from other corals so it don't sting anything

My Duncan is in medium light medium flow. It took over a week to open up. If I touched it at all it pretty much restarted it's opening process. Four weeks later it popped up two more heads lol. I would leave it right now.
