Na, it would take a HUGE storm for gordon to see it from his area. He is proably close to 1000 miles from the coast where the storm is.

yup - 800 and some odd miles as the crow flys

good inland lake - never get any weather like the ocean

we do get a TON of snow off the lake, as lake effect snow, and it gets so cold that exposed skin hurts as soon as you go outside.
