Ordered hygrophilla pinnafitada after it was suggested locally. Getting shipped from east coast so fingers crossed it makes it without getting cooked too badly. Give a try anyways.

If I ever do CO2, I will want that plant. It is so beautiful.

It’s a great idea. If it doesn’t make it over summer I think I’ll try it again in winter. I also thought it would pop up a message saying cannot ship to Western Australia but seemed to be all good there as well. So ordered three punnets and thought I might try in main tank with CO2 and another low tech tank (somewhere).

Couple of quick snaps of pearling Anubias flower before getting photo-bombed [emoji3]

Flowers pretty continuously which is nice [emoji4] this one made my morning. I guess it’s the high tech tank as ones in the tetra tank don’t do much

Gosh, I wish fish tanks were easier to transport. Just looking at a nice deal of an 8ft tank with plumbed 7ft tank sump tank under stand. Just need a teleporter thingy...

More flowers appearing (yawn, old hat).

Unfortunately and annoyingly the plant order has been canceled and I’m getting a refund. Guess I’ll try ringing around specialist shops.

One of the local committee guys is shutting down tanks as one flooded. Off to pick up some neon tetras I think tomorrow.

Scored about $100 of free fish and grabbed the plants I wanted on the way back. Pretty happy for an hours drive. Ended up with neons, kribs, cories, apple snails and something else. Poor bloke had a cracked 6ft tank.
