The tank hasn’t been getting much care due to a fair bit of stress in my home life. Realised last night that the light timer was broken and lights had been on all day. Only really noticed as the bolbitis is showing damage again. So hope to swap out timers tonight.

Finally swapped timer out! Got to clean filters and tank out these holidays as hosting next local committee meeting next month!
Check for dead fish behind the tanks! lol Put best foot forward and make the good impression. How nerve wracking and fun to host the meeting!

Yes! Not sure what to cook. Have to buy better chairs then the fold up set I’ve been using!

Iced coffee if its gonna be warm. Like this but slide down to the bottom recipe Vietnamese Iced Coffee with the Sweetened Condensed Milk - yum, a slash of vanilla syrup and 1/2 & 1/2 cream - use Cold Brew or concentrated brewed coffee. The key is the sweetened condensed milk with icy coffee.

Oh no - thought I would of shifted by now and redid tank. Cleaning canister and not sure I can get power cord plug back out...

Geez, switched off power to refill canister and that means no wifi. Never had such interest in a fish tank clean and when power will be back on ....

It was! Cleaned and hacked now. Got out garden plant clippers in the end.
Done - filled tank, and running filters. Lots of shrimp bouncing around - unhappy at having plants moved. Bit messy but can have another go at re-scaping next water change. Photos when it clears!

Readings of 5ppm nitrate and 0.5ppm phosphate so dosing back up after the tank cleanup yesterday.
Cleared up nicely.

Yes, better than I thought - should do for a bit while stuck renting still. The bolbitis had daggy leaves from element deficiency so will try to get more scheduled in dosing.
