exercise time

Anybody in for some stretching exercises. My starfish makes it look easy. How many of ya`ll can do this. On the other hand how many of us want to do it.

First time I`ve seen it but I do know he had just fell off a rock and landed on his back and was trying to turn himself around. He did it pretty quick.
