Fire belly toads

I know they aren't fish, but hey, they live in an aquarium and swim in water, anyways love to know what you guys think.

haha thanks, I know my photography skills aren't the best, but these guys always seem to be in the weirdest poses so I couldn't help but post them

Someone had 2 listed on craigslist for free here last week. I started to see about getting them, but I didn't because I don't know anything about them and it would have been a spur of the moment decision.

I have to admit, I bought them at the spur of the moment this summer, I guess I was lucky and found that they are not too hard to take care of. They need water changes every week, between 75% and 100% because they secrete toxins into the water, they also need crickets every other day, fairly cool water and tank, with low to medium water movement. All my tank has is a small little waterfall that circulates the water and it is about 1/3 land and 2/3 water with some driftwood. they are really fun to watch and hilarious at times.

Ya, a FTS would be cool. I had some cool frogs a while back and i was thinking of maybe doing a white tree frog just because they are so cool. Nice frogs. O and FYI there is a amphibian part of a forum now.

haha really, I completely missed that. Man do I feel stupid. Oh well, mods feel free to move this thread, (not that you needed permission...) Yeah the tree frogs are cool too, I wish I had the time/setup for them too, but I think my girlfriend would shoot me if I brought home another tank. 8 and counting but there are still so many more options...
