i was also wondering if there was such a thing as a seaweed wrap that i could wrap the pipe with. i saw some air tubing that had some plant wrap on it and you couldnt even tell that it was tubing.

It would take some time and effort, but you could get some moss(java, christmas, flame, etc) and wrap it around the tubing. It might be pretty neat when it grows out!

Totaly against everything i believe in!!! J/k the airline tubing you are thinking of is coated in a fake plant. I used it once it works great. The same idea can be applied to you PVC. Take the fake plant and attatch it to the PVC with some fishing line. Something long and leafty, the Silk variety works better then the plastic cheap kind. Lastly try the live plant route, but with moss and low tech low light set ups it takes a while for it to grow out.

so here is a nice piece of driftwood that i picked up. i like it because of how tall it is and the claw-like top. i plan to get a few smaller pieces to lay out or stack along the bottom along with some rock formations.

NICE DW if it is malaysian be prepared for some tannins. Did it sink right away when you put it in the tank?
