They brackish fish really. But I have always kept them in my tropical tanks and they have always done well.

Congrats for keeping them for 3 years. How big is your scat? They are high-end brackish fish.

He is about 4.5 inches in diameter.

That's pretty small for 3 years. Maybe it's due to being in FW all of its life. Looks healthy though.

There were two. The other one was quite a bit bigger but he used to bully the other one, hence the stunted growth.
