If you have XP (dont know about 2000) you can right click on the image and select "send to" then "mail recipient" This should prompt you to resize the image. The GUI is the same as the Power Toy. The Power Toy version is just another way to get to the same tool you should already have. You simply drag the resulting attchments (Your newly sized pics) to what ever folder you want.
