In market for new digital

I am looking to replace my current Nikon coolpix 4500 wih something a little newer.

I have a budget of $300 to $350 max to spend on this.

Included within this budget is the desire for a decent camera case, battery recharger, extra battery set and a large capacity memory card. I would like something with a decent opical zoom but has to be point n click friendly.

Here's a site I like:

http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/compare.asp

You can select criteria in this screen. When you're done, you can go back to the Buying Guide on the left and click on a side-by-side comparison, or click on the most popular models. Compare the "street price" with the price at an online store like B&H Photo Video. I got a lot of equipment from B&H.

I like Canon and Sony brands.

Well I went with the Canon A620. Newegg included a free 1gb SD card with the purchase.
