My 1st video

I got the new camera, but never played with the video...until yesterday. I'll take any tips from you video pros. I took this video in HD and the raw file size was 445mb. I used Windows Media Encoder and got it down to about 82mb. It seems to play OK in HQ (click the triangle on the bottom right and click HQ) when embedded here, but on YouTube it's not smooth in HQ and normal looks like crap. Any suggestions?

How much time do you think you spend on upkeep every week? (I'm dieing for a SW tank)

Everyday I feed the fish in the morning and evening. I also dose alk every morning and calcium every evening. Maybe 10 mins each for each feeding/dosing.
Every 3-4 days I clean the glass. 5-10 mins.
Every weekend I clean my skimmer (15 mins) and make more RO/DI top off water. I have a 28g container for water that I go thru in a week for top offs.
I change about 20g of tank water every 2 weeks. Takes about 30 mins.

Thanks. It's not a HD video cam, it's a digital cam that takes HD movies.
