Yes, but I have seen far fewer of them. Also, I personally always see them labeled as their species, not just called "pleco." Thats why people often end up with common plecos.

Common plecos are everywhere! Haha i found some bn plecos at petco today and i was super excited!! Should i get the albino or regular?

We need to keep this topic about the OP's tank.
I will say really quick that I just personally think they are ugly. But, like I said, to each their own.

Yeah, IME, pitbull plecos are the only ones I know of that poop less, and thats mostly because they are so small.

you will be fine for probably at least two years
put some plants in there for them to eat
-cheap or fast growing plants
