Unhappy Sick featherfin

I have one and it's eyes are swollen and look like they are decaying. First the left and now the right is worse. Any suggestions?

Maybe pop-eye? Is thats what it is, you need to keep the tank super clean, treat with salt, and possibly use a bacterial medication.
