I love your red-eyed tetras, I have 3 myself and they are the most active tetras i've ever had.

Canon Powershot A630. I put the macro on, aimed at about a 45 degree angle from the glass, flash on.

I fed the fish, and waited for 5 mins....they were much more lethargic.

Took about 20-30 shots. Saved 5 of them.

Well done, guy! Saving 5 out of 20 - 30 pictures? Wow, I wish I could get near that – or take a picture half as good as yours.

Yeah. The best i can get of my fish look like this

And thats still not as close and no where near as clear as your pics.
