The fantasy eel is part of Macrognathus genus, but has not been given a species name yet. It seems to stay around 2 inches, but other than that, is similar in care requirements to other spiny eels as far as is currently known.
Awesome find! Where did you manage to snag one of those guys?

Thanks for the info the place i got it from says they got it from this one supplier lol its pretty cool i got it in a nano tank and gets along with any fish
