Nice. I have an albino african cichlid to hes pretty cool and small but has the most attitude.

Thanks he seems pretty mellow and hes tiny my other fish are almost 4in(goramis) and hes about 1/2in

Ya my others are 1.5 inch and up but hes only about an inch they grow slower than the others for some reason.

Look on the anal fin. If there are any dots you have a male if there are no dots you have a female.

All of mine are males except two blue ones which are female.

That's not totally true. Females can have spots and males can also have no spots. You need to vent them.

He may be mellow now, but have a back up plan because he/she will almost certainly become very aggressive and likely kill your Gourami.

Also Gouramis and Africans typically prefer very different conditions.

Read up on your fish.
