how long has this tank been set up? do you regularly test water? otos need a well aged tank with clean stable water to thrive

I don't think there is enough in there to sustain a group of otos. What do you have in there now?

How big is it? I'd definitely increase the number of neons- not only are they happier and behave more naturally in larger numbers, but they look superb too

10g. Problem about new neons is they are normally sick. Planning to add more plants

PWC added 5lb more gravel and cleaned and changed cartridge.
How many plants?
